3 DAYS NIGHT GAME DRIVE IN LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

Your driver-guide will pick you up from Kampala or Entebbe in the morning for a briefing before beginning your journey to Lake Mburo National Park via the Masaka Highway.

En route, you will stop at the Equator, where you can take memorable photos standing in both hemispheres at once. Afterward, continue to Lake Mburo, arriving just in time for lunch.

In the evening, embark on an exciting night game drive starting at 6:30 PM, lasting 2–3 hours. Spot leopards, bush babies, tailed mongooses, genet cats, and other nocturnal creatures under the spotlight of a strong torch. This is an incredible opportunity to witness Uganda’s wildlife at its most active.

Rise early for a morning game drive, the best time to spot wildlife as animals emerge for their morning activities. Expect to see zebras, impalas, giraffes, topis, elands, waterbucks, and buffaloes.

Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast and relaxation.

In the afternoon, set off on a boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where you will encounter hippos, crocodiles, and an array of bird species, including the African fish eagle and kingfishers.

After lunch and some leisure time at the lodge, prepare for another night game drive, giving you a second opportunity to spot nocturnal predators and other elusive creatures.

On the final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast while soaking in the serene lodge surroundings. After check-out, take a scenic drive through the park, offering one last chance to spot wildlife before heading back to Kampala or Entebbe.
