Detailed Itinerary of 4 days kidepo wildlife safaris 

Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Kidepo Valley National Park

This 4 days kidepo wildlife safaris will require you to reach the country a day before the safari start and, on this morning, wake up very early to avoid traffic jams, have breakfast and start your long drive to the northern part of the country. Along the way glimpse at several towns, local livelihood as natives do their daily work. You will have an hour-long lunch break in Guru town. Day 2: Morning game drive and evening nature walks

Day 2 of 4 days kidepo wildlife safaris, after breakfast, drive to the park for a morning game drive in the Kidepo Plains. You will drive to the Kakine circuit near Apoka where you will have a chance to spot wildlife like Elands, Giraffes, Zebras, Rock hyrax, Jackson’s Hartebeests, Side-Striped jackal to mention but a few and several bird species. After the game drive head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Later in the evening go for a nature walk through the park, offering you an opportunity to get a close encounter with the park’s smaller mammals on foot, this activity is led by arranger guide.  Day 3: Undertake a morning game drive, Visit the hot springs & Evening game drive in Kidepo.

On your third day of the 4 days kidepo wildlife safaris amazing adventurous safari drive to the furthest point of the park on a circuit with hot springs to visit. Along this circuit there are a number of tsetse flies hence don’t forget to carry mosquito repellents. You will spot the dik-dik, cheetahs, and some bird life like Ostriches. Day 4: Transfer back to Kampala
